Business Hours
Mon – Fri, 9 AM – 3 PM EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST through Sunday are processed the following Monday.
Processing Time
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing orders, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Holiday Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 additional business days to process orders during holidays, sales, or promotional events. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
US Standard Shipping
3-4 business days via USPS once processed.
US Express Shipping
Next day or 2nd Day Air, via UPS once processed. Orders that wish to arrive with expedited shipping; should be placed before 3 PM EST to be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
International Shipping
The buyer is 100% responsible for all fees, import taxes, and customs charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for any customs charges or delays. Should international orders experience delays by customs, please expect shipping delays as well. If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but shipping costs are not refunded.
Missing packages

Damaged Items
We carefully and thoughtfully inspect all jewelry before packing and shipping; however, if an item arrives damaged, kindly email us at hello@saintandsociety.com within 48 hours of order delivery. Please Note: photographic proof of damage may be required.
Price Adjustments
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before a sales promotion or event.
Promotional Events
To return an item purchased or received during a promotional event, ALL items from the order must be returned. We do not accept partial returns on promotional event purchases.
