Returns

We thank you for your business and aim to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. Please read our returns policy and process below if you need to return an item. 

If you receive your item and are unsatisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return request, please see below:

 Returns

  • Send an email to hello@saintandsociety.com
  • Provide your order number in the subject line and provide details of the item(s) you would like to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping instructions
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns (US and International)
  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receipt 
  • Returns initiated or shipped after 14 days of receipt are not accepted 
  • Items must show no signs of wear and be in resell-able condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging

*We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition and packaging.

You will receive an email confirmation when your returned package is marked as received in our system. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Our estimated inspection and processing time is 2-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Please Note: Shipping costs are paid directly to our carrier providers; therefore, we do not issue refunds for shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels as returns are the purchaser’s responsibility. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs for returns or returned packages lost in transit.

Holiday Return Policy

We are extending our refund period for the holidays. Purchases made from November 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 are eligible for return or exchange through February 1, 2023. Final sale items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Payments

We will refund payments to the original form of payment. 

Please Note: Your refund is issued in a gift card or store credit if you do not have the original form of payment. No exceptions. 

Damaged Items

We carefully and thoughtfully inspect all jewelry before packing and shipping; however, if an item arrives damaged, kindly email us at hello@saintandsociety.com within 48 hours of order delivery. Please Note: photographic proof of damage may be required.

Price Adjustments 

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before a sales promotion or event.

Promotional Events 

To return an item purchased or received during a promotional event, ALL items from the order must be returned. We do not accept partial returns on promotional event purchases.

Discontinued Items

You may return or exchange items on sale if you meet our Return Policy requirements. However, final sales include discontinued items listed under our 'Farewell Forever Sale'. These items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
