Yes! Both stainless steel and the PVD process consist of alloy metals, making them more resistant to environmental elements such as rust, corrosion, and tarnish.

We recommend storing your jewelry in the pouch provided. Buffing with a dry cloth will remove residue, and occasionally cleaning with mild soap and warm water and polishing dry with a soft-fiber cloth will remove dirt and oils.

We gladly accept most returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns and/or exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns and/or exchanges initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges if you meet our return policy requirements. However, discontinued items listed under our 'Farewell Forever Sale' or items marked as such are FINAL sales.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for returns or exchanges, and must meet our returns requirements. Items purchased or received during a 'buy x, get x' promotional event, requires all items from the transaction to be returned. 

We do not accept partial returns on BOGO (buy one, get one) promotional sales events.
