Our 1-Year Warranty
All Saint & Society jewelry is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural issues related to craftsmanship
- Premature tarnishing or plating failure under normal wear
If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, the following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by improper care or storage
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from extreme exposure (chemicals, excessive impact, harsh environments)
- Alterations or repairs made by a third party
Each piece tells a story as it’s worn—natural signs of use are part of that journey and not considered defects.
Waterproof & Tarnish-Resistant Care
Our jewelry is made to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant, meaning it’s designed to withstand everyday activities like hand washing, sweating, and daily wear.
That said, longevity is influenced by individual wear patterns, body chemistry, and environment. Proper care helps extend the life and appearance of your pieces.
For best results:
- Store jewelry in a dry place when not worn
- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals
- Clean gently with a soft cloth when needed
