Store your jewelry in the pouch provided. Clean it with mild soap and warm water, then polish it dry with a soft-fiber cloth to remove dirt and oils. Be sure to avoid overexposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine and bleach to preserve your jewelry from accelerated tarnishing.

We gladly accept most returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns and/or exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns and/or exchanges initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.

Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges if you meet our return policy requirements. However, discontinued items listed under our 'Farewell Forever Sale' or items marked as such are FINAL sales.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for returns or exchanges, and must meet our returns requirements. Items purchased or received during a 'buy x, get x' promotional event, requires all items from the transaction to be returned.
We do not accept partial returns on BOGO (buy one, get one) promotional sales events.
