Returns & Exchanges
We want every Saint & Society piece to feel like the right fit—intentional, effortless, and worn with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the item you’d like to exchange for is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:
- Discounted or promotional items
- Sale collections
- Limited releases explicitly marked as final sale
Jewelry Care & Wear
Saint & Society jewelry is designed for everyday wear and crafted to be waterproof, sweat-safe, and tarnish-resistant with proper care. Natural wear over time varies based on lifestyle, environment, and use.
Normal signs of wear are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Beginning in 2026, all Saint & Society jewelry purchases will include a 1-Year Warranty, offering added peace of mind and long-term confidence in your pieces. Full warranty details will be available on our Warranty page.
