What is your jewelry made from? 

We use 100% stainless steel as a base metal for all our pieces deposited with 18k gold through a physical vapor deposition or PVD process. To read more about our materials and PVD process click here.

Is your jewelry truly waterproof and tarnish-free?

Yes! Both stainless steel and the PVD process consist of alloy metals, making them more resistant to environmental elements such as rust, corrosion, and tarnish. To read more about our materials and PVD process, click here. 

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in the pouch provided. Buffing with a dry cloth will remove residue, and occasionally cleaning with mild soap and warm water and polishing dry with a soft-fiber cloth will remove dirt and oils. To read more about how to care for your jewelry, click here. 

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept most returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receiving your items. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted. For more information regarding our return policy and process, click here. 

Can I return a clearance or discontinued item? 

Sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges if you meet our Return Policy requirements. However, discontinued items listed under our 'Farewell Forever Sale' or items marked as such are FINAL sales.

Can I return items purchased during a BOGO promotional event?

To return an item purchased or received during a 'buy x, get x' promotional event, ALL items from the order must be returned. We do not accept partial returns on BOGO promotional event purchases.

Why aren’t my items discounted at checkout?

Exclusions from promotional events and further price reductions include sale items and items marked as such. Sale item prices are as marked. New arrivals may be excluded from a promotional event unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the fine print to understand exclusions from a sales event.
