We currently offer free U.S. shipping on all jewelry orders, with tracking included on every purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order ships, delivery times typically fall within the following ranges:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options: May be available at checkout (when offered)
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you don’t see your tracking email, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Saint & Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates.

International Shipping
Saint & Society offers international shipping to select destinations.
International shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country’s customs agency.
